Responsibilities

Provides overall direction and supervision for new market growth.
Interview, Hire and build a team of in-home BCBAs and RBTs.
Foster outstanding customer and clinical staff engagement and satisfaction
Create action plans to improve clinical operations.
Own quality and outcomes, RBT credentialing, and utilization KPIs.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years as BCBA
Some leadership or training experience as a BCBA
Experience as Clinical Director or similar preferred
Live in GA or be open to one week travel per month.

Compensation

• $100,000 to $140,000 salary
