Responsibilities

Provide supervision for team of BCBAs and RBTs.
Interview, Hire and build a team of in-home BCBAs and RBTs.(No Training!)
Carry small caseload.
Foster outstanding customer and clinical staff engagement and satisfaction
Create action plans to improve clinical operations.
Own quality and outcomes, RBT credentialing, and utilization KPIs.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years as BCBA
Leadership or training experience as a BCBA
Experience as Clinical Director or similar preferred

Compensation

• $120,000 - $130,000 salary + Bonus Opportunity
