Responsibilities

Design, Create and Teach BCBA curriculum tailored to BCBA Students.
Oversee a caseload of RBT-level students and provide mentorship and guidance.
Manage a small caseload of 15 billable hours.
Assign and balance student cases.
Organize and deliver one CEU session annually to the staff.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years as a BCBA
2 years in a supervisory role as a BCBA

Compensation

• $80,000 - $90,000 salary
